I did try to cancel the order as my wife had already purchased a new shaver for my birthday but you ignored the emails I sent you. I read some of the online reviews and most said not to buy as customer support was none existent! Fortunately the razor my wife purchased was sent back and a refund given. The razor itself seems to work alright but it seems very cheap plastic it’s made from. How long it will last is another thing. Spare blades are a welcome bonus and the pouch holds the charge cable and brush.
