The item came really well packaged. The instructions for charging/mapping and cleaning were easy to follow and I downloaded the app also. The hoover mapped out the downstairs rooms easily and every night it cleans and mops during the early morning hours. We are very pleased with the results and hope this continues in the coming months 😊
I love this little robot vac so much that my sister is getting one on my recommendation 😃 it just makes life so much easier.. always having clean floors is such a treat especially with two continuous malting dogs 🐶
Need to be organised to clear the space but definitely makes life easier
The V8 pro is amazing. Not told that a subscription was necessary for the app. She’s more than adequate for my requirements and has a fantastic memory. Love her
The machine is good and cleans well. Once the room is mapped does well and returns to its docking station My only complaint is the setting up. These are non existent and only worked out what to do by watching several independent YouTube videos. They could improve tbe setting up and how to remove things like floor plate and add extension brushes etc The app recommended will not connect. Luckily found and alternative again via YouTube. Once up and running very pleased with what it does and how it does it. Just remember to remove all off floor before cleaning including rugs especially with fringed ends
The robot vacuum is very thorough and is very quiet. Only criticism is that the app navigations are clunky and the app forgets the room maps so have had to redo them a couple of times. But Steven, we named him, cleans well and the variations of options for surfaces and suction are great.
1st cleaning of entire downstairs carpet and flat surfaces. Very impressed with the accuracy of mapping and the suction power!!

I'm very pleasantly surprised by how well it handles the different heights. The cats also found it very interesting and couldn't take their eyes off it during its initial use.

Just great!
It took a while to link up to both WiFi and phone but once set up it’s easy to use. For carpet and hard floor, you must remove the mop appliance as it doesn’t have the height to go between. We just use him for sweeping and we are impressed with the amount he picks up. He’s part of the family to the point where we talk to him on a daily basis.
App is challenging to connect to but once done works really well. Very little “how to” info for this. The robot vac works well but is picky about which furniture it thinks it can get under - maybe I just need to re map the floor plan ….. Setting up scheduling was easy although I have to remember to lift the pets water bowls before it starts as I have found this slid across the kitchen!

Still getting used to the app. So far, very good.
Took a long time to set up and trying to put restricted areas on map are impossible I have to input sweep only mode every time and I never know when the vacuum or water tank are full or empty respectively. The obvious answer is to reboot the entire system but seeing as it took DAYS to do in the first place I am hesitant. The device was literally on top of the router but still couldn’t connect for hours!!! Even the IT Whizz’s of the family couldn’t do it. The ‘voice’ of the machine is horrendous- there definitely needs to be an option to change that- we are not American! A wonderful machine that cleans very well and allows you to get on with other tasks. We do not have carpet. The little machine is excellent at vacuuming. I have not used mop option because I cannot get the map section to work properly and really don’t want to get certain areas wet so that needs sorting

Bought it as a housewarming/birthday gift for my brother. He and his wife are so thrilled. Got it up and running almost immediately. They are looking forward to learning about all its functions and using it to keep their new home clean and tidy.

“Robbie” arrived about a week ago and has been sent out to work a few times. Carpets are feeling much better, seems to be picking up well. Not used mopping yet so can’t comment on that. The mapping has taken a few goes and re-mapped himself last time out but did seem to then find his way down the sides of the bed and a few other areas not previously visited. Overall very happy so far with the purchase and not missing getting the other Hoover out!
Great hover! Easy to set up, and the only problem we have is that you need to empty the hover! Also, you need to purchase the correct floor solution
Great at cleaning and mopping Wouldn’t be without one now
A few minor problems with the vacuum it does keep dumping some dog hair back out mainly when moving from wood floor into carpet but my dog was desperate for a clip so hopefully that’s solved it. Otherwise great purchase and would recommend in fact my daughter has just bought one for herself I would suggest a small change to it though it might already have and I just haven’t found it but a sensor or alert to say it needs emptied would be great

I absolutely love this robot hoover. Didn't say in advert that it would talk to me so that was a surprise 🤣 Anyway I bought because I am dissabled and walking round with henry hoover caused me a lot of pain, plus all the messing with wire pulling him over. Life is soooo much easier now. And really easy to set up. And when finished cleaning it takes itself back to docking station to recharge for next time. Honestly you wouldn't be dissapointed with this one.

Brilliant at cleaning. I am disabled so it cleans my home. My floors look clean and polished now .
Apart from the mix up with delivery we did eventual get a replacement wich came quickly.
