The V8 pro is amazing. Not told that a subscription was necessary for the app. She’s more than adequate for my requirements and has a fantastic memory. Love her
The machine is good and cleans well. Once the room is mapped does well and returns to its docking station
My only complaint is the setting up. These are non existent and only worked out what to do by watching several independent YouTube videos. They could improve tbe setting up and how to remove things like floor plate and add extension brushes etc
The app recommended will not connect. Luckily found and alternative again via YouTube.
Once up and running very pleased with what it does and how it does it. Just remember to remove all off floor before cleaning including rugs especially with fringed ends
The robot vacuum is very thorough and is very quiet.
Only criticism is that the app navigations are clunky and the app forgets the room maps so have had to redo them a couple of times.
But Steven, we named him, cleans well and the variations of options for surfaces and suction are great.
I'm very pleasantly surprised by how well it handles the different heights. The cats also found it very interesting and couldn't take their eyes off it during its initial use.
A few minor problems with the vacuum it does keep dumping some dog hair back out mainly when moving from wood floor into carpet but my dog was desperate for a clip so hopefully that’s solved it. Otherwise great purchase and would recommend in fact my daughter has just bought one for herself I would suggest a small change to it though it might already have and I just haven’t found it but a sensor or alert to say it needs emptied would be great
I absolutely love this robot hoover. Didn't say in advert that it would talk to me so that was a surprise 🤣
Anyway I bought because I am dissabled and walking round with henry hoover caused me a lot of pain, plus all the messing with wire pulling him over. Life is soooo much easier now. And really easy to set up.
And when finished cleaning it takes itself back to docking station to recharge for next time. Honestly you wouldn't be dissapointed with this one.
Great little helper! Picks up everything and mops my kitchen, utility and hallway brilliantly. Saves me so much time. I would definitely recommend and easy to set up
I am very happy with how well the cleaning is done as I have a lot of dogs in my house. I gave it a four because it doesn't get into the corners so I have to do a quick whizz round after.
Excellent . Can’t recommend this robot hoover enough. I have a bad back can’t use my Dyson any more, but this little hoover is my new best friend. I was worried it wouldn’t get into the corners or under the dinning room table but it manages it with ease. Wish I’d bought one years ago. I haven’t used the mop function yet but can only assume with will do the same great job.
The best part is that I can have it vacuum the house and it does not scare the cats. It is quiet and efficient. It does take recharge time to finish the other half of the house but it starts back up and resumes where it was. The debris chamber is better than expected. Very happy with this purchase. Only wish it had a self emptying bin.
